Returns & Shipping Policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.


Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

- All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after the order is placed.

- Orders are not shipped or delivered on Sundays or holidays.

- If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in your order's shipment, we will contact you via email or phone.

**Order Tracking**

We ship to addresses within the U.S., including P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

At this time, we ship internationally to select countries. International shipping times and rates will vary depending on the destination. Please note that international customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or taxes imposed by their country of residence.

 

**Lost or Stolen Packages**

Scrub Love is not responsible for packages lost or stolen after delivery. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, please contact the carrier with your tracking number for assistance. We offer express shipping for those who need their items quickly. However, please note the following:

 **Express Shipping** Once your package is shipped via express service, we are not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier. While we aim to get your order to you as quickly as possible, factors beyond our control (such as carrier delays or inclement weather) may impact delivery times.

**No Refunds for Delayed Shipments**: Since we ensure that your item is shipped using the selected express shipping method, we do not offer refunds due to shipping delays. We recommend tracking your package using the provided tracking information and contacting the shipping carrier for updates on delivery status.
